So today I ended up heading to New Hampshire to see my parents and some cousins who I don't get to see often. I had a wonderful time. They have a place on this lake. It was very cool to relax and visit with family. One thing that was great was seeing cousins I probably hadn't seen in around 15-17 years or so. Given that they are all close to my age it is kind of suprising I hadn't tried to get a hold of them earlier.
I do plan on keeping in touch with them.
The other thing today made me realize is that I do need to get out of the city now and then. I do love it in the city, but it is so nice to just get away from it all.
