There's nothing quite like being able to sit out on your doorstep and be online.
Back when I got my TiBook I got a wireless card for it and set up a little wireless network. It's been quite nice. I get to sit outside, watch people walk by and enjoy some fresh air. It also makes it much easier to sit and bed and be online. It is going to make life quite nice once I have my transplant. I'll be able to be online from anywhere in my apartment. Right now I'm working on configuring fetchmail from my doorstep. I just think that is too cool. (I feel like such a geek sometimes).
