Today on a whim I decided to see if I could make Onigiri (rice balls). I have this new cookbook called The Ultimate Rice Cooker Cookbook that had recipes for them and also looked online to see what I could find. There were quite a number of good recipes. Here's one and here is another. I used the first one as a guide and used some smoked salmon I had in it. Very yummy. I think I've found a new snack.
