Posted to my blog too. But with more commentary here. Hot Damn. ADV just announced that it will be distributing Azumanga Daioh. I actually didn't think they'd be the ones to do it, but I'm pretty psyched about it. Their web site also notes that they've acquired the rights for Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai. Also quite cool. I think this is actually great news. I think they could do a kickass job with both shows. Especially given how well a job they did with Excel Saga. Things like vid notes would be very useful for both of them.
